Pink Photoshoot

So for our first project at uni,  we were split into groups of either 2 or 3 and given either the colour pink, silver or black.  My group were given the colour pink, which i was actually quite happy about as it’s one of my favourite colours.  We were given the task to somehow capture our given colour in a photoshoot.  To come up with ideas, we brainstormed words that we thought of associated with the colour pink.  We thought that pink is stereotypically a girls colour, so we wanted to do a photoshoot where we captured boys wearing the colour, but in a masculine way.

For this photoshoot, we went to areas in Nottingham such as the lace market and Hockley where we found lots of graffiti to use as the backdrop for our photos.  We got two of our mates to model for this.  Overall, I think that the photo turned out very good considering it was our first photoshoot, and i think we captured the message we were trying to portray  well.
